2024 has been a remarkable year so far for STOFIX Group. Reflecting on the progress to date, it’s clear that our commitment to finding the right people has been key to our growth. A strong management team
“It’s not just production that has evolved this year. We’ve welcomed a new and engaged board, restructured management, and further improved our factory operations – all essential to meeting the growing demand for our innovative brick slip cladding system. These changes have laid the groundwork for a sustainable future, with a clear focus on innovation and efficiency in producing high-quality brick slip cladding solutions.
Our factory team has been at the forefront, constantly improving the quality and efficiency of our brick slip cladding products. With updates to our IT systems and enhancements on the shopfloor, we’re preparing to meet the evolving needs of our clients and adapt to the latest trends in brick slip cladding.
The power of our people
At STOFIX, our success is driven by our people. From the factory floor to senior management, each person plays a crucial role. Karol Bzdawka, our factory manager, has been instrumental in leading the changes this year. Katarzyna Majek, our HR and admin manager, is always there to support the team and is a huge part of the positive working environment and supportive culture we have created. Jakub Karolczak, our transport manager, is known for finding solutions to every logistical challenge and Lukasz Szymczak, our production and planning manager ensures meticulous attention to detail, which is essential to our efficiency.
We’ve also welcomed new team members including Agnieszka Coda, our purchasing specialist, and Natalia Frączek, our finance manager, who have already made a huge impact in their roles. Marcin Brlyczak, our key accounts manager, and the latest addition to our team has been building strong relationships with supply partners since joining us six months ago. Our team now numbers 130, and while not everyone can be mentioned by name, each individuals contribution is truly appreciated. We are committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued and want to grow their careers.
Commitment to development
Investing in our people has been a major focus this year. We’ve offered training in areas like business management, health and safety, and even conversational English to support communication across our international markets. By focusing on personal and professional development, we’re building a team that’s ready to take on future challenges. We’ve also made significant improvements to the working environment. From upgraded workstations to better lighting and new tools, our goal is to provide the best possible conditions for our skilled workforce.
Sustainability and environmental impact
Sustainability is another key focus. Led by our quality and assurance manager, Anna, we’ve implemented initiatives to reduce our environmental impact. We’ve introduced waste separation and government-approved recycling processes and installed a trash compactor to cut down on waste collections. These efforts are part of our long-term vision to build a sustainable future for both the business and our planet.
