Welcoming our new Operations Director – Wojciech Lipinski
We are delighted to share the appointment of STOFIX Group Operations Director, Wojciech Lipinski.
Wojciech is an experienced operations leader with more than 20 years experience in large-scale industrial production. A mechanical engineer by trade, he’s built his career in senior roles across international manufacturing businesses including Saint-Gobain, Guillin, Rockwool and Zotefoams.
He brings knowledge of building materials with a strong background in production. Wojciech also has proven success in leading greenfield projects, relocations, and expansions, managing investments of up to €25 million.
Driving continuous improvement
At STOFIX Group, Wojciech will be part of the senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing operations driving continuous improvement across production. His focus will be on optimising processes, developing teams, and strengthening operational excellence as we continue to scale up to meet growing international demand.
