Introducing Stotrack: Logistics Management

Lisa McKechnie, Stofix UK Head of Data, introduced Stotrack, our bespoke materials tracking system designed to improve efficiency and transparency. Benefits include:

  • Real-Time Tracking: Clients receive a login to the system to check the status of materials in production, in storage or on site.
  • Detailed Visibility: Each panel is scanned and logged, allowing for precise tracking and reduced on-site search times.
  • Efficiency: The system allows clients to locate specific crates, i.e. those needed for a particular mast climber. This precision helps in reducing time on site preventing delays.
  • Damage Reduction: Minimising unnecessary handling reduces the risk of panel damage.
  • Automated Notifications: Clients receive timely updates without the need for manual communication.
  • Enhanced packaging: Crates are double-stacked and include a QR code, detailing the contents and allowing for easy tracking at every stage.

Looking ahead

Alex Porter, Operations Director, explains, “As we move forward, our focus will be on working together to raise the profile of our brand. Our industry-leading system becoming available across Europe is a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation. The meeting reaffirmed STOFIX Group’s dedication to delivering high-quality, sustainable façade solutions and highlighted the strength of our collaborative, cross-European approach.”
