How long have you worked with STOFIX?
I’ve been working at STOFIX HQ for over a year and I’ve been in the industry for ten years.
Tell us about your role?
I am STOFIX Group Financial Controller responsible for cost efficiency, cash flow management working with our external accounting team. I’m also responsible for monthly reporting to the board, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX calculation, and other necessary financial reports required by the business.
Tell us about the culture at STOFIX HQ?
At STOFIX HQ, we have a tight-knit and supportive culture where teamwork is key. Lots of team members have been here for many years, creating a family-like environment. We prioritise recruiting individuals who fit the dynamic of our team. We have implemented an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and have spent the past four months analysing data for valuable insights. Despite challenges, our company has experienced positive growth – particularly in recent months, and we’re optimistic about our future growth plans in the market.
How do you ensure cost efficiencies throughout the business?
To ensure cost efficiencies, we’ve implemented a rigorous internal control process for invoice approval and price verification. Additionally, I compile monthly closing reports analysing any discrepancies in P&L against historical data and budget projections.
Where do you see the future for STOFIX?
I think that the future for STOFIX is bright. With a growing number of orders we continually refining our production processes to meet demand in 2025 and beyond. The Group’s plans are ambitious and we are confident as we supply STOFIX to a growing number of countries across Europe”.
