STOFIX HQ’s annual summer BBQ celebrates hard work and commitment
Stofix Poland recently held our summer staff BBQ, an event we hold annually to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our team. All of our Poland-based team attended the event at Hotel Delicjusz – Poznan. These events provide an opportunity for our team to interact with each other outside of the workplace, build relationships, and create a sense of community.
STOFIX Group HR Manager, Katarzyna Majek commented, “We hold regular staff events such as BBQs and pizza days which are made possible through our social fund. It is important to us that we invest in team events to promote positive communication, increase morale and employee engagement. These events help us to create a positive working environment which can lead to increased job satisfaction and employee retention”.
