The Stofix brick slip cladding is separated structure. The brick cladding is mounted on the rails of the Stofix system, which leaves a wall-wide cavity between the insulation, or the load-bearing wall, and the brick cladding. Separated structure prevents the forces from the structural movement of the building to affect on the brick facade. No foundation is needed for the Stofix brick cladding.
