Key features include 95% pre-pointed brick slips ensuring consistent quality and appearance, ventilated system to enhance thermal performance, modular panels facilitate rapid installation and reducing on-site labour.

Each country team shared valuable insights into their respective markets.

  • UK: Emphasised the growing demand for sustainable solutions and the rising adoption of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

STOFIX brick slip façade sustainability initiatives

Alex Porter, STOFIX Group Operations Director presented how sustainability is a core focus for STOFIX Group. Key initiatives include:

  • Optimised Order Processes: Reducing material waste.
  • Recycling Programs: Implementing government-approved schemes.
  • Eco-Friendly Transportation: Utilising Euro 6 compliant vehicles.
  • Waste Management: Investing in waste compactors.
  • Supply Chain: Prioritising suppliers with strong sustainability credentials.

Introducing STOFIX TRACK: Logistics Management

Lisa McKechnie, STOFIX UK Head of Data, introduced STOFIX TRACK, our bespoke materials tracking system designed to improve efficiency and transparency. Benefits include:

  • Real-Time Tracking: Clients receive a login to the system to check the status of materials in production, in storage or on site.
  • Detailed Visibility: Each panel is scanned and logged, allowing for precise tracking and reduced on-site search times.
  • Efficiency: The system allows clients to locate specific crates, i.e. those needed for a particular mast climber. This precision helps in reducing time on site preventing delays.
  • Damage Reduction: Minimising unnecessary handling reduces the risk of panel damage.
  • Automated Notifications: Clients receive timely updates without the need for manual communication.
  • Enhanced packaging: Crates are double-stacked and include a QR code, detailing the contents and allowing for easy tracking at every stage.
