Krister joined STOFIX as Managing Director in 2017. Working with the Board, Krister is, together with the STOFIX Group Leadership Team, responsible for Group strategy and long-term development. Located in STOFIX Group HQ in Finland, Krister plays an active role in the relationship with STOFIX’ partners in the Nordic countries.
Andy joined Stofix UK in 2020 as Technical Director and progressed to Group Technical Director in 2022. With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, he brings extensive technical, regulatory, and strategic expertise to the business. Andy leads the Group’s technical strategy, governance, and compliance, overseeing system performance, certification, and product development, while supporting STOFIX partners worldwide through his technical team.
Frank joined the business in 2025 as Commercial Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in the building supply industry, including more than 15 years specialising in ventilated rainscreen cladding. As Commercial Director, Frank leads the Group’s commercial strategy, business development, sales, and marketing activities, supporting growth and strengthening STOFIX’s market presence across Europe.
Wojciech joined STOFIX Group in 2025 as Group Operations Director, bringing over 20 years of international experience in manufacturing and the building materials sector. In his role, he has overall responsibility for operations, overseeing production, driving continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence. Through a strong focus on performance, standardisation, and best-practice sharing, Wojciech supports sustainable growth and strengthens STOFIX’ global operational capabilities.
As an Internal Sales Manager, Marcin works with all STOFIX partners providing seamless communication between all stakeholders. He is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient processes for ordering and delivering products to site. Marcin deals with all queries from key accounts, assigning tasks to the relevant department to ensure an exceptional level of service is provided to our customers.
Beginning her career with STOFIX Group in 2015, Katarzyna is HR Manager at the STOFIX factory in Poland. Through effective communication and robust employee benefits, she ensures a positive work environment, which is reflected in STOFIX’s high staff retention. Committed to growth, Katarzyna champions professional development to create opportunities for skill enhancement and career advancement within the organisation.
STOFIX’s Production and Planning Manager joined the business in 2017. Lukasz oversees the entire production process to ensure the effective implementation of production plans. He is also responsible for optimising processes to help increase output and maintain high quality. He is dedicated to ensuring an equal and positive workplace where everyone contributes to continual production efficiencies.
Natalia joined STOFIX in 2023 bringing more than nine years of industry experience. As the Financial Controller, she is responsible for cash flow management, monthly reporting to the Board, budgeting and forecasting, and CAPEX calculation. Proud to be part of the STOFIX Group, Natalia plays a crucial role in STOFIX’s growth and success.
Joining STOFIX in 2016 as a Quality Engineer, Anna’s dedication to quality assurance was quickly recognised, progressing to Quality Manager 2019. Anna is responsible for ensuring that our product meets customer requirements. This responsibility spans from overseeing the quality of incoming raw materials to the final inspection of finished goods before shipment. Anna also develops and implements sustainability and waste segregation policies.
As a Purchasing Manager at STOFIX since 2023, Agnieszka oversees all of the procurement activities for our manufacturing and maintenance needs. Her responsibilities include sourcing components, negotiating prices with suppliers, managing stock inventory and ensuring accurate bookkeeping invoicing. A significant aspect of Agnieszka’s role involves efficiency initiatives through supplier negotiation, as well as continually exploring alternative suppliers.
